Court granted defendant’s motion to dismiss and compel arbitration, finding that under Georgia law, the unilateral modification clause at issue was binding on plaintiff, that the arbitration clause applied to all of plaintiff’s claims, and that the defendant had not waived nor should be estopped from invoking the arbitration clause.
