Court denied plaintiff’s petition to vacate an interim order from an arbitrator in an ongoing arbitration. Court determined that plaintiff had not met is high burden to show the arbitrator had exceeded his powers by issuing the interim order. Court also questioned its own jurisdiction to review an award that was not final and requested supplemental briefing on that topic.
